[Video Tutorial] Encoding in h264 with meGui

This video tutorial I made has some overlap with the other article on h264 encoding in this forum but I hope that this video guide makes encoding in h264 easier to understand. People might scoff at having to edit a text file to encode a video but it's super easy and a no brainer after you do it the first time.
